Renewing. Membership lasts 12 months. We will send a reminder 30 days before it ends. Renew by paying your renewal invoice and your benefits continue without a break.
Upgrading. You can move to a higher plan at any time. You pay only the difference between the two fees for the rest of your membership year, and your new benefits start straight away. Your renewal date stays the same.
Moving to a lower plan. You can choose a lower plan when you renew.
Leaving. If you decide not to renew, your membership simply ends at the end of your membership year and member benefits stop.
